Aleksandra joined the firm as a legal intern, progressed to a paralegal role and started her Training Contract in June 2021. Aleksandra qualified as a solicitor into the Children team in December 2022.
Aleksandra represents clients in Private and Public (care) Law children proceedings, as well as cases involving domestic abuse and obtaining and defending injunctions. Advising on Children Act Applications, Child Arrangement Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issue Orders. Dealing with matters involving complex issues such as mental health difficulties, substance and alcohol misuse and child neglect. Aleksandra represents clients both, in court and in the pre-proceedings process.

Re M: represented a father in Child Arrangements Order proceedings for contact with his daughter. The case involved complex rebuilding of the relationship with the child following a complete stop of contact by the Respondent mother.
Re E: representing a mother in Care proceedings. The case concerns a vulnerable child who is an inpatient in a Mental Health Clinic.
