Having had many years experience in three areas of law, including criminal defence and attendance at Crown Court Trials, family law dealing with public and private matters, and now specialising in mental health law representation, Jason is a well-rounded, confident, and knowledgeable legal representative and advocate.
Most recently, Jason has become Law Society accredited and represents clients detained under civil and forensic sections of the Mental Health Act before the First Tier Tribunal. Jason has also represented many clients at their Hospital Managers’ hearings, and is also able to take instruction from clients that require assistance with CPA meetings, section 117 meetings, and general advice and assistance for their mental health matter.
Jason takes immense pride in representing clients' cases and catering for all aspects of their matters with an attentive, calm, and professional manner, which has led to him being recommended to many other patients detained under the Mental Health Act.

In recent years, Jason has developed a strong commitment to health and fitness, maintaining a consistent gym routine. He also has a keen interest in the performing arts, frequently attending theatre performances, and enjoys traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
